Refund Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
- For any purchases that are cancelled before shipment, a 10% processing fee will be charged.
- We offer a full refund, no questions asked, for losses and returns due to security inspections, lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, and other reasons.
- Products returned by customers due to insufficient address, incorrect address, undeliverable address, inability to contact the customer, etc. will be returned. A 15% handling fee and shipping fee will be charged for any required refunds.

Returns (Unused Items)
- You may return unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free of dirt, dust or any fragrance, and in the same packaging and condition as when you received it.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process

- Once you have received our return address and instructions, please package the items to be returned in their original packaging.
- Drop off the package at your local post office.
- Upon return, please provide a return receipt from the shipping company indicating the return weight and tracking number and we can expedite your refund/exchange.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs.
